Bashkiria volunteers helped a legless disabled man from Tyumen who was lost in Ufa to return home.

According to the website 72.RU, a resident of Tyumen Viktor cended up in Ufa because of scammers who decided to make money on the homeless, older person. A 64-year-old man was left without legs due to alcohol problems, his relatives abandoned him, and from time to time, he lived in a shelter in Tyumen. In the autumn of last year, he was taken away from here by a man who introduced himself as his brother, and Victor himself recognized his relative.

The pensioner was taken to Ufa, where he lived in an old barrack with other beggars. In the morning, he was taken to a designated place to beg for money. According to Viktor Pinigin, he "earned" 20 thousand rubles per day, and his impostor brother took all the money.

In the winter frosts, the pensioner severely got frost-bitten his hands and ended up in a hospital in the city of Oktyabrsky.

Here, a local woman drew attention to the homeless, and she turned to the volunteers of the "Liza Alert Bashkortostan" search group. The guys, in turn, decided to try to find the pensioner's relatives and got in touch with their colleagues from the Tyumen detachment. It was managed to find one of his daughters, but she did not want to take her father to her. However, the "Miloserdie" center, where Victor Pinigin lived, recognized him and agreed to shelter him.

Ufa volunteers decided to take the pensioner to Tyumen by car. According to the head of the regional unit Olesya Pyshkina, the journey took 11 hours.

The Tyumen shelter for the homeless assured that guests with "strange" relatives would not be released after this story, although they have no right to keep people. Unfortunately, it happens quite often when criminal groups take advantage of disabled people and bring them to work in large cities.
