Over 114 thousand Bashkiria residents jabbed first dose of Sputnik V vaccine

The vaccination campaign against COVID-19 is actively continuing in Bashkortostan. One can get vaccinated at 130 vaccination points. On March 15, a mobile vaccination station was opened in Ufa at the Bashkir State Opera and Ballet Theater, which is open on weekdays from 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm. More than 250 people were vaccinated there in two days.

Total, over 114 thousand people were administered their first dose of the Sputnik V vaccine in the republic. 68 thousand inhabitants were fully vaccinated (both the first and the second dose).

On weekends and holidays, mobile vaccination points work in front of shopping centers in Beloretsk, Davlekanovo, Kumertau, Meleuz, Neftekamsk, as well as the villages of Zilair, Iglino, Yazykovo, Fedorovka, Kushnarenkovo, Verkhneyarkeyevo.

“It is necessary to increase vaccination against COVID-19. We have vaccinated more than 114 thousand people, and we need to vaccinate at least 2 million people to cope with this disease,” the Head of the Republic Radiy Khabirov said at a “Healthcare Hour” session today.
