Almost 70% of residents of Bashkiria stated that they began to work harder

Almost 70% of the residents of Bashkiria said that they have recently begun to work more. These are the results of a survey conducted in the region by the Research Service hh.ru.
Another 17% of respondents reported that the volume of work for the "coronavirus" year, on the contrary, decreased. Nothing has changed for 6% of the respondents.
Simultaneously, only 44% of Bashkiria inhabitants spend directly on work more than 81% of their time during the working day. 10% usually work half a day or less.
Most often, residents of Bashkiria are distracted from their working issues by informal communication with colleagues (46% of respondents indicated this), as well as reading news (35%) and social media (29%).
23% can be distracted by household chores, 12% by watching videos, movies, or TV series, 8% by cleaning. 6% can read a book while working, 4% can do a part-time job, 2% can go online shopping.
Moreover, lawyers are most often distracted by reading the news, and art workers and the mass media most often turn to social media.
"As a rule, half of the respondents spend up to a third of their working hours to communicate with colleagues. The lunch break is usually short among Bashkiria residents: 54% spend no more than half an hour on it. 42% can spend an hour at lunch, another 4% even more. Tourism and restaurant workers, as well as doctors, usually have the smallest lunch break. Lawyers, builders, and marketing experts can enjoy a long lunch," Anna Osipova, head of the press service for Ural hh.ru, said.
The overwhelming majority of Bashkiria inhabitants are forced to engage in work tasks during their leisure time. Thus, 37% said that they often work outside of working hours, 57% - at least sometimes. Typically, these are purchasing professionals, executives, and marketing experts.
