46 thousand Bashkiria residents had first and second jabs of anti-COVID-19 vaccine

As of March 9, 46 thousand Bashkiria residents had the first and second parts of the COVID-19 vaccine jabbed.
100 thousand people had their first part vaccinated, Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Health of the Republic of Bashkortostan Maxim Zabelin said at a briefing session.
In total, Bashkortostan received 122,592 doses of vaccine to prevent infection.
There are 11 vaccination points in the region, including mobile ones. Only on past holidays, from March 6 to 8, 6422 people received vaccinations.
The next batch of the vaccine is due to arrive in the republic this week.
It is necessary to increase the proportion of vaccinated among the population 65 years and older, the Head of the Republic Radiy Khabirov marked.
