Bashkir Met Center announced weather forecast for upcoming holidays

This week, an unstable weather pattern is observed in Bashkortostan, associated with atmospheric fronts passing. According to the Bashkir Met Center, periods with snow and blizzard will alternate with short dry periods.

“Another worsening of the weather is expected towards the end of the working week. On March 5, the warm front of the northern cyclone will again cover the territory of Bashkortostan. The weather will worsen again – snow showers, in places wet snow of varying intensity, blizzards with an increase in wind up to 15-20 m/s, ice in some areas, snowdrifts on the roads, packed snow, icy roads”, forecasters reported.

The air temperature in the daytime will rise to 0, -5 C. Weekends in the republic are expected to be moderately frosty: thermometers will show at night -14, -19 C, down to -24 C during the bright intervals, in the daytime -7, -12 C. Unfavorable weather conditions will continue on March 6 in the south of the republic.

Snow showers and blizzards are likely on holiday - March 8.
