Ishimbay regional hospital installed new computed tomography device

During his working trip to Ishimbay, the Head of Bashkortostan examined the work of the central regional hospital's polyclinic. It is designed for 1,240 visits per shift. Here residents can receive medical care in various areas, undergo functional and radiation diagnostics.

Radiy Khabirov recalled that on February 15, a scheduled medical checkup would start in the republic, which is planned to cover at least a quarter of the population of Bashkortostan.

The chief physician of the Ishimbay Central District Hospital said that the polyclinic would be ready to conduct a complete medical checkup.

The Head of the Region also examined a new CT scanner, which was launched in October 2020. Since the beginning of its work, more than 150 scans have been carried out here.

“There has never been such a CT scan in Ishimbay. By the way, there is no waiting list for this procedure”, Radiy Khabirov said.
