217 people died from coronavirus in Bashkiria

Over the past day, three more have died from the coronavirus in Bashkiria. In total, 217 people have died in the region since the beginning of the pandemic from COVID-19, the Republican Ministry of Health informs.

According to operational data from the Ministry of Health, 26,054 confirmed coronavirus cases were registered in Bashkiria, 160 of which occurred on the last day.

“Today, there are 326 patients with COVID-19 in hospitals. 39 of them are in serious condition. 5,633 people are being treated on an outpatient basis,” the Bashkiria Health Ministry informed, adding that the number of confirmed cases of community-acquired pneumonia per day was 207.

119 people were discharged from hospitals during the same time, having recovered from pneumonia.
