Number of "COVID" beds has been cut by almost three thousand in Bashkiria

In Bashkiria, the number of beds intended for patients with the new coronavirus infection has been reduced by almost three thousand. According to the Minister of Health of the Republic Maxim Zabelin, the decrease occurred from 6,334 beds to 3,667.

"As of February 8, the number of occupied beds is 71%, 29% are free," the regional Health Minister explained. "There are 138 patients in the Sterlitamak Infection Center, and 297 in Zubovo."

According to the republican operational center for combatting the new coronavirus infection, 25,566 cases of COVID-19 were registered in the region on February 8. Increase for the last day +163. 19 368 people were discharged from hospitals, 54 per day. There are 303 patients in hospitals, 45 of them are in serious condition. 5 687 are on outpatient treatment.
