Twice as many people got infected with COVID-19 than recovered per day in Bashkiria

Over the past day in Bashkiria, the number of new officially confirmed coronavirus cases doubled the number of recovered people - 160 and 82, respectively. This was reported in the headquarters of the region. Since the beginning of the pandemic in the republic, the diagnosis has been laboratory confirmed in 17,741 people.

853 patients are currently in hospitals. The condition of 55 is assessed as serious, 12 residents of Bashkiria breathe with the help of lung ventilators. 2,832 people undergo treatment at home.

The official list of victims of the new coronavirus infection in the region includes two more people. Data on the deceased have not been disclosed for several days. A total of 128 deaths were recorded.

The Ministry of Health RB continues to monitor the situation with the pneumonia incidence. During the day, 403 diagnoses were established, 387 were discharged from hospitals.
