"National Cuisine Day" flash mob will take place in Bashkiria

On January 10, a "National Cuisine Day" culinary flash mob will be held in the cities and regions of Bashkiria, timed to coincide with the New Year holidays, the republican Ministry of Trade reports.

"Anyone can join it. To do this, you should post your favorite recipe for New Year's dish on social media under the hashtag #New Year's Dish," explained Aleksey Gusev, Minister of Trade and Services of Bashkiria.

The New Year's flash mob will be attended by the chefs of popular Ufa restaurants Maxim Lazarev (Monaco restaurant @monacoufa), Ilshat Islamov (Eltoro restaurant @ eltoro.ufa), Dono Abdurakibova (Duslyk restaurant @duslykufa), Ilya Sukhov (restaurant Tseh @ tseh.ufa), Yuri Tarasov (Otdykh cafe @cafeotdyh) Roman Yudin (Ojakhuri restaurant @ojachuri_dasko), Tatiana Dymova (Gastrotur cafe @gastrotur_ufa), Pavel Kiselev (Ogoni restaurant @ogon_ufa ).

Throughout the day, participants will share videos of their favorite recipes on their social media pages.

You can also follow the flash mob on the accounts of the Ministry of Trade of Bashkiria VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, Instagram, and Facebook.

The organizers of the "National Cuisine Day " culinary flash mob are the Ministry of Trade and Services of Bashkiria, the Association of culinary specialists, restaurateurs, and hoteliers of the republic.
