Working practices of Bashkiria Situational Anti-COVID Center will be studied at federal level

The working practices of the Situational Anti-COVID Center of Bashkortostan will be studied at the federal level. This was stated by the First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Social Policy Valery Ryazansky following a visit to the center together with the Head of the Republic Radiy Khabirov and Deputy Minister of Health of Russia Yevgeny Kamkin.

The Situational Anti-COVID Center began operating in the Toratau Congress Hall on November 16. Operators receive calls daily from 8.00 to 20.00 by phone: (347) 218-19-19. Here, residents can receive remote consultations on outpatient treatment for coronavirus at home and in clinics, clarify the results of their COVID-19 tests, the procedure for obtaining free medicines, and ask other questions.

From November 16 to December 19, the center's specialists processed more than 20 thousand residents' requests. Involved medical experts resolved many issues without contacting health care institutions.

To check the consultations' quality, Senator Valery Ryazansky managed to reach the hotline in a few seconds and talked to a specialist from the Situational Center.

"After the opening of a new Infectious Disease Center in Sterlitamak, we decided to visit your center and see how volunteers and operators work. We saw that the system was working efficiently. Your work is essential for the smooth functioning of the health care system so that people receive the necessary information on time. I wish you continued success in this difficult work," said Deputy Minister of Health of Russia Evgeny Kamkin.

Radiy Khabirov expressed gratitude to the center's specialists for their effective work that people really need and wished them a Happy New Year.
