Northwest wind will be moderate. During the day, the air temperature will be -8, -13 C, in some southeastern regions up to -3 C.

On Monday and Tuesday, December 14 and 15, it will be mostly dry. The wind will be light and variable. At night, the air temperature will drop to -14, -19 C, in some areas -21, -26 C, during the day -9, -14C, in some places up to -4 C.
