About 20 billion rubles will be allocated to combat COVID-19 in Bashkiria in 2020

In Bashkiria, about 20 billion rubles were allocated to combat COVID-19 in 2020. The total cost of the republican budget for the fight against the new coronavirus pandemic was announced today by the regional government's prime minister, Andrei Nazarov.
According to him, this year, health care costs came out on top.

The Prime Minister added that this amount includes the cost of two COVID centers construction, as well as the purchase of medicines and additional republican payments to doctors.
Recall that 2.19 billion rubles were allocated from the budget of Bashkortostan for the construction of an Infectious Disease Center in Sterlitamak, of which 1.4 billion rubles were spent for construction and installation work, 795, 6 million rubles for the purchase of medical and other equipment, furniture, other household equipment, and vehicles.
A total of 1.8 billion rubles were spent on the construction of an Infectious Disease Center in Zubovo, of these, 971 million rubles for construction and installation work, 826 million for equipping the center with medical equipment.
