Non-working days in January 2021 are named in Bashkiria

The Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Protection of Bashkortostan Republic informs:
Under article 112 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (hereinafter - the Labor Code of the Russian Federation), January 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8 January – are New Year's holidays, January 7 - Christmas are non-working days.
In 2021, non-working holidays on January 2 and 3 coincide with Saturday and Sunday, respectively. Following the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation "On the transfer of days off in 2021", the day off from Saturday, January 2, was postponed to Friday, November 5, from Sunday, January 3, to Friday, December 31. Working hours on Thursday, December 31, 2020, are reduced by one hour.
Thus, non-working holidays and weekends connected with the New Year holidays are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9, January 10, 2021.
Based on article 120 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, when granting an annual basic or annual additional paid leave, the number of calendar days of leave does not include non-working holidays: January 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8.
