Another 135 people got infected with COVID-19 per day, 417 with pneumonia in Bashkiria

According to the Ministry of Health of Bashkiria, over the past day, another 135 people fell ill with the coronavirus infection in the region. The number of cases in the region since the beginning of the pandemic is now 13,581 people.

Today, 393 patients with COVID-19 remain in hospitals of the republic. Of these, 36 are in serious condition, 13 of whom are connected to lung ventilators.

Almost one and a half thousand people are being treated on an outpatient basis for the coronavirus.

"New deaths from COVID-19 in Bashkiria have not been registered and still totals 76 people," the Ministry of Health emphasized.

Meanwhile, 417 new cases of community-acquired pneumonia were registered in the republic per day. At the same time, 423 people were discharged from hospitals after recovery.
