AntiCOVID Situation Call Center is created in Bashkiria

The AntiCOVID Situation Center has been created in Bashkiria. It was headed by the deputy of the State Assembly of the Republic of Bashkortostan Rimma Utyasheva.

The center is located in the building of the Toratau Congress Hall. It was created for prompt medical consultation of people. It allows increasing the number of received calls from all over the republic to more efficiently service requests related to the new coronavirus infection.

“We hope that the center will reduce the number of requests from people because often it is enough to receive a qualified explanation of the current situation or advise where to get help,” said the Head of the Republic Radiy Khabirov at a briefing session in the government of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The staff, experts of the AntiCOVID Situation Center offer advice and assistance on the following issues:

- Inpatient care (hospitals), regarding the COVID topic;

- Outpatient, polyclinic health care;

- Emergency care;

- Medicinal supply;

- Test results for COVID;

- Outpatient computed tomography centers;

- Related questions regarding coronavirus infection.

“In addition to the operators who receive calls, the center engages medical experts - these are employees of Bashkir Medical University, professors, associate professors, assistants, employees of federal medical organizations, Rospotrebnadzor, Roszdravnadzor, the Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology and the Ministry of Health RB, who can promptly answer a call at a professional level, process and provide the applicant with the necessary assistance,” Rimma Utyasheva clarified.

The AntiCOVID Situation Center is open daily from 08.00 to 20.00 without breaks and weekends. A single telephone number for all districts of the republic is 8 (347) 218-19-19.

Hotline numbers of other services also continue to work:

- 1301 - calling a doctor at home,

- 103 - call an ambulance,

- 8 (347) 286-58-27; 8 (347) 279-91-20 (multichannel round-the-clock) - on coronavirus infection,

- 8-800-201-89-03 - delivery of food and medicine to citizens aged 65+ and chronically ill who are in self-isolation.
