Bashkiria Health Ministry reported to Head of Region on free bed capacity for COVID and pneumonia

The Ministry of Health of Bashkiria reported on the occupancy of hospitals with COVID-19 patients and pneumonia.

In total, there are 4,680 beds for infectious patients in the republic. Of these, 3,800 are currently occupied, the Minister of Health of the Republic of Bashkortostan Maxim Zabelin said at a briefing session in the Government RB.

According to him, the share of free bed capacity is over 32%.

At the same time, according to numerous eyewitnesses, all corridors in infectious diseases hospitals are filled with patients.
