Highest COVID incidence is in Tatyshlinsky district in Bashkiria

In Bashkiria, the largest number of infections is detected in the border areas. The incidence rate in the Tatyshlinsky region is 2.5 times higher than the average republican level. Such data were reported at a "Health Care Hour" session in the republic's government by the deputy head of the Rospotrebnadzor Directorate Alexander Zherebtsov. The acting head of the Tatyshlinsky district, Fanur Shaikhislamov, said that the increase in cases was caused by cross-border migration and a large number of sick shift workers who returned home. Now the district needs express tests to detect the infection quickly. The Head of Bashkortostan instructed the Ministry of Health to provide municipalities with express tests as the need required.
