Heart of Bashkiria project won competition for ecotourism development from ASI

The "Heart of Bashkiria" project was one of the ten winning projects of the All-Russian competition to create tourist and recreational clusters (TRC) and the development of ecotourism, organized by ASI.

Also, the project of the Iremel natural park took part in the final of the competition.

The "Heart of Bashkiria" includes the "Zilim" regional natural park, the "Bashkiria" federal national park, Mount Tratau, Tolparovskie spruce forests, the Kinderlinskaya-Ledneva-Oktyabrskaya cave system, Lake Tugar-Salgan, the Askyn ice cave.

Open voting for projects went on for several months on the site https://priroda.life.

As explained in the ASI, the competition's result should be a transparent and effective mechanism for finding territories that can develop ecotourism and realize it by creating a successful shopping and entertainment complex. The ten best projects will implement a mechanism for the integrated development of ecotourism.
