Bashkiria residents can get additional digital education for free

The issuance of personal digital certificates for free training in various digital economy competencies started on October 15. In total, 22 areas have been developed: artificial intelligence, programming, and creation of IT products, industrial design and 3D modeling, cybersecurity and data protection, digital marketing, digital design, and others. The Bashkiria Ministry of Digital Affairs reminds us that the republic residents can also participate in the program by applying.
The course can be taken by adult citizens of Russia who have not reached retirement age, with completed higher or secondary vocational education. The training takes place entirely in a distance format, after which the students will receive an official certificate of professional development.
“The digital economy is not only programming, but it is also a changing world in which all professions are becoming digital, from teacher to turner, from architect to psychologist,” says Oleg Podolskiy, managing director of the Human Resources Competence Center for the Digital Economy at 2035 University. “With new skills, you can try yourself in a new direction, change your profession, develop your current career, earn extra money on a remote job, combining it with your main job. To get a certificate, you do not need to have a specialized education: the programs are designed for people with an elementary, basic, and advanced level of training. "
“For approved users, educational courses of up to 72 academic hours will be available,” Gennady Razumikin, Minister of Digital Development of Public Administration, informed.
According to the plans of the national project "Digital Economy of the Russian Federation", the project of personal digital certificates will last until 2024. In 2019, 1,000 residents of Bashkiria mastered digital professions.
