216 cases of community-acquired pneumonia were detected per day in Bashkiria

In the republic, 216 cases of community-acquired pneumonia were detected per day. This is 65 cases more than the day before, October 13.

According to the Ministry of Health of Bashkiria, 172 patients were discharged from hospitals after recovery from community-acquired pneumonia per day.

Earlier it was reported that 1505 people died of community-acquired pneumonia in Bashkiria for 9 months of this year. The data were presented to the regional Ministry of Health. 46 people died from COVID-19 during the same period.

Last year, from January to October, much less died of pneumonia - 860 residents of the republic.
