64-year-old woman died from COVID-19 in Bashkiria

A 64-year-old Ufa woman died from confirmed COVID-19, according to the regional Ministry of Health.

To date, the number of deaths from the coronavirus in the republic is 42 people.

Over the past day, 44 new cases of the coronavirus have been registered in Bashkiria. In total, 8,961 confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been registered in the region since the beginning of the pandemic.

According to the Ministry of Health, 83 people are treated now in hospitals of the republic, and 630 people are treated on an outpatient basis. One patient is in serious condition. 8 people were discharged with recovery per day. Community-acquired pneumonia was detected in 131 residents of the republic per day. 67 patients were discharged after recovery from pneumonia.
