The healthcare trailers resumed their operation in Bashkiria. Medical professionals will work in six areas - in the Ufimsky, Duvansky, Sterlitamaksky, and Beloretsky districts, as well as in the cities of Neftekamsk and Oktyabrsky.

Mobile health centers and rural health stations, fluorography and mammography units, diagnostic centers take part in the campaign.

"The health teams include therapists, surgeons, obstetricians-gynecologists, oncologists, cardiologists, ophthalmologists, urologists, neurologists, dentists, endocrinologists, children's specialists. I will keep up saying that medicine should be available to everyone, regardless of where they live - in the city or in the village," the Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, posted on his Facebook page.

In 2019, 78 thousand residents of the republic were examined during the operation of the «Health Trailer» campaign in Bashkortostan. 14 cases of tuberculosis were identified, more than 40 confirmed cases of oncological diseases; several thousand people were registered with the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus. 150 people were directed for treatment to the Ufa cardiology center, 300 residents of Bashkortostan were recommended high-tech medical care in the hospitals of Ufa.
