Goose and Honey Gastronomic Festival was held in Bashkortostan

A Gastronomic Festival "Goose and Honey" was held within the framework of the All-Russian Investment Sabantuy "Trans-Urals" in Sibay. The First Deputy Prime Minister of the government of the republic Andrey Nazarov took part in it.

The festival featured an exhibition of geese, themed yurts, where everyone could taste goose and honey products from local producers.

Here, contests were organized between the best chefs of the republic, who competed in the cooking goose meat dishes, as well as culinary masterclasses.

Andrey Nazarov highly appreciated the foods presented at the gastronomic festival and noted that the government of the republic would support local producers in order to further stimulate and develop this area.

"Bashkir honey and Bashkir geese are known today not only in Russia but also abroad. These are our brands. However, we should take it to a different level in terms of production scale and quality improvement," said the First Deputy Prime Minister.
