Another COVID-19 patient died in Bashkiria

In Bashkortostan, as of August 16, 7302 cases of the coronavirus infection were confirmed (+34 per day). According to the operational headquarters, 6502 people recovered (+19).

773 people continue their treatment, 114 of them stay in hospitals. 659 suffer the disease in a mild form, being on outpatient treatment. The number of deaths since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic has increased by one and is 27 people.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Health of Bashkiria, a 63-year-old man, a resident of Ufa, has died of the coronavirus. He had a concomitant disease - ischemic heart disease.

Community-acquired pneumonia was diagnosed in 78 patients per day, and 76 patients were discharged with recovery.
