In accordance with the decree of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan dated September 18, 2019, July 31 - Kurban Bayram (Eid al-Adha) is declared a non-working holiday in 2020.
The non-working holiday of Kurban Bayram falls on Friday. Working hours are reduced by one hour on Thursday, July 30. Thus, with a five-day working week, the days off in the Republic of Bashkortostan in connection with the holiday of Kurban Bayram are July 31, August 1 and 2, 2020.
On the grounds of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, when granting an annual basic or annual additional paid leave, the non-working holiday of Kurban Bayram is not included in the number of calendar days of leave.
