Second Journalist Inforum of Russia will be held online

On July 28, the second Inforum of the Union of Journalists of Russia will be held in the online format. Anyone from anywhere in Russia will be able to join the intensive course. The workshop will focus on digital media and the way traditional media work on the Internet.

The educational program will be launched by Vladimir Soloviev, Chairman of the Union of Journalists of Russia. The editor-in-chief of the Lentach community, Taras Sychev, will talk about the seven deadly sins of the editorial board and will analyze public pages of the regional media. Also, participants will have a master class by the founder of "Zavtracast" Timur Seifelmlyukov on how to create a podcast and make money on it, and TikTok producer Renat Yanbekov will share the secrets of popularity on TikTok and the capabilities of the platform for media. The moderator will be Yulia Zagitova, media researcher, secretary of the Union of Journalists of Russia, a native of Bashkortostan.

Speakers will build their speeches on regional cases, analyze mistakes, and highlight successful examples of local media. The workshop will be live; participants will be able to ask questions to experts in real-time.

In addition to lectures, there will be interactive polls and giveaways from the partners of the Inforum - the publishing house Alpina Publisher and the electronic library Bookmate.

For the first time in Ufa, the educational workshop of the Union of Journalists of the Russian Federation - Inforum was held in July 2019. The workshop was attended by journalists from republican and regional print media, electronic media, television and radio, bloggers, media managers.
