Radiy Khabirov discussed health issues with medical community in Ufa

In the Ufa Congress Hall "Toratau" the Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, met with representatives of the medical community - chief doctors of large republican institutions and inter-municipal centers from Kumertau, Oktyabrsky and other cities, professors and teachers of medical disciplines, industry veterans and the leadership of the Ministry of Health RB.

The meeting discussed the most pressing health issues in the context of the coronavirus epidemic. The main directions of large medical institutions' development, such areas of health care as child protection, high-tech medical care, and the provision of planned assistance to those in need of surgical treatment, were outlined. The issue of providing the 21st hospital with the necessary computer tomography for the vascular center was also discussed.

"It is delightful that practically all the proposals of the chief doctors were accepted. It was noted that the situation had improved today. However, there is a need for both the preservation of the mask regime and the enhanced regime of sanitary-epidemiological safety," said the head physician of the Republican Childre' 's Clinical Hospital Rustem Akhmetshin. "The most important thing for children's health care is that it was once again confirmed that there is an urgent need to build a Republican Children's Onco-Hematological Center and that this construction will begin in the near future."
