Bashkiria Health Minister announced when anti-COVID-19 vaccine will appear in our republic

The Ministry of Health RB received a question from the residents of Bashkiria regarding the coronavirus vaccine: when will it appear in the region. Earlier, the media reported that the Russian Ministry of Defense has a domestic vaccine against COVID-19 ready. The Minister of Health RB, Maxim Zabelin, on July 21, at a briefing on the situation with the coronavirus infection, explained that there was such information and it indicated that the vaccine was undergoing clinical trials.

“Clinical trials were carried out not only by specialists from the Ministry of Defense but also by employees of Rospotrebnadzor. This suggests that our staging occurs with previously announced time intervals. According to our information and the information from the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, the vaccine will be registered in the second half of August. Accordingly, we expect to receive it in early autumn,” said Maxim Zabelin.
