55 doctors of Bashkiria will go to Kyrgyzstan to help in the fight against the coronavirus infection, Regional Health Minister Maxim Zabelin said at a briefing session in the Government. The medical team will leave on Wednesday, July 22.

A group of doctors who had worked in the Amur Region for more than three weeks returned to the republic last Saturday.

Earlier, Bashkir doctors went to Karachay-Cherkessia.

According to the portal coronavirus-control.ru, over 27 thousand cases of COVID-19 infection have been recorded in Kyrgyzstan today. More than a thousand people died from the infection. Kyrgyzstan ranks 55th in the ranking for the number of infected people worldwide.
