USATU will be represented in REC with modern scientific competencies: Sergey Novikov

Rector of the Ufa State Aviation Technical University (USATU) Sergei Novikov noted that their university was actively involved in the creation of a world-class Eurasian Research and Educational Center and its appearance in the republic is essential for the entire higher education system. Yesterday, the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov turned to the President of Russia with a request to support the republic in this endeavor.

“USATU is actively involved in this work. We, in collaboration with the Government of Bashkortostan, republican universities, and leading enterprises of the region, have worked out thoroughly an application for the creation of a REC. USATU will be represented in the REC by its most powerful and modern scientific competencies, including in the field of electric aircraft. We support the initiative of the Head of Bashkortostan, and we will uphold the republic’s right to world-class research and educational center, ” the USATU rector stated.

During a visit to Ufa, the Minister of Higher Education and Science of Russia Valery Falkov supported the REC project in Bashkortostan and presented his vision on the topic.
