Few people are able to be born in a remote corner of Russia, build a career in Ufa, and then quit it and move to Monaco, "pursuing a dream." It sounds unrealistic, but Gulshat Uzenbaeva, a successful businesswoman, creator of her brand and the head of the World Kurultay of Bashkirs branch in Monaco, has proven that anything is possible.

This year, she managed to win the Business Lady of the Year Award in the UK and the award as the best organizer of business events at the International Congress of Real Estate and Investment in Berlin. Despite her career in banking and business, Uzenbaeva also managed an art gallery in Monaco. Her cultural events gathered up to 2 thousand spectators, among them were Princess of Hanover and Prince Albert II.

At the same time, Gulshat Uzenbaeva considers his mission to unite and acquaint compatriots. Gulshat Uzenbaeva told the Bashinform News Agency about how she managed to become a well-known businesswoman, grow from the position of a bank employee to the department manager, how, on her initiative, Bashkir artists opened the "International Fair" in Monaco.
