Ministry of Health announced when Russians return to full life after COVID-19 pandemic

In Russia, a return to full life after the coronavirus pandemic is unlikely until February 2021. The Minister of Health Mikhail Murashko said this in an interview with Interfax on July 3.
“What is a normal life? These are concerts, flights, full-time work, good rest. In my opinion, it is unlikely that this will happen before February. The chain of the virus transmission should be broken,” the Minister said.
Mikhail Murashko also noted that people should continue wearing masks outside, but depending on the situation: if there are no people nearby, for example, in the country, it can be removed. Indoors wearing a mask is reasonable.
The Minister added that "the infection is not yet fully pharmaceutically controlled. If there is a medication in which we are 100% sure - both for prevention and treatment, and especially when collective immunity appears, then the masks can be removed."
As the Bashinform News Agency reported, the number of residents of Bashkiria infected with COVID-19, as of July 3, reached 5,497. During the day, 47 people got infected with COVID-19 in the region. The number of deaths from the coronavirus in the republic remained the same - 18 people for the entire period. The number has not changed over the past few weeks.
Earlier, at a briefing on the situation with the coronavirus, the head physician of the Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology of Bashkiria Anna Kazak said that soon, residents of Bashkiria would be tested for antibodies to coronavirus free of charge. At present, the Rospotrebnadzor, together with the Ministry of Health, is determining the contingent of people to be examined for testing and further forecasts of work to combat coronavirus.
