Radiy Khabirov amended decree on high-alert regime

The Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov made other amendments to the decree on the high-alert regime in connection with the coronavirus spread.
According to the new version of the document, state and local self-government bodies of the Republic of Bashkortostan are allowed to hold contests for filling vacant posts in the state civil or municipal service, as well as for being included in the personnel reserve.
Besides, from June 22, it is allowed to conduct business, cultural, entertainment and sports events in the territory of the republic with the number of participants over 50 people or with the participation of representatives of foreign states and other regions of the country, if they are organized by state bodies, local governments, state and municipal institutions.
From June 29, citizens will be able to make tourist trips, as well as to visit religious sites. At the same time, religious institutions must comply with the necessary sanitary and epidemiological requirements. They must contain a limited number of people (including clergy and workers) - 1 person per 4 square meters, but not more than 100 people altogether.
In addition, from June 23, museums and libraries will resume their operation.
