Five new cases of COVID-19 infection were detected per day in Ufa

In Ufa, since the beginning of the new coronavirus pandemic, 1,690 positive results have been officially reported. The increase over the last day amounted to five cases, acting Deputy Head of the Department of Epidemiological Surveillance of the Republican Rospotrebnadzor Zulfiya Kamaeva reported at a briefing session at the city hall.

“The incidence rate per 100 thousand amounted to 148.2 cases,” the health officer said. “Today, 14,868 people are under the supervision of medical professionals in Ufa, of whom more than two thousand have symptoms of SARS.”

Zulfiya Kamaeva mentioned the upcoming vote on constitutional amendments. On July 1, PEC members and voting participants must be in masks and gloves at voting stations. Citizens are encouraged to observe not only social distance but also the time spent there - no more than 15 minutes.
