New embankment becomes attraction for citizens and guests of Ufa: photo-report

The new embankment of the Belaya River is becoming more and more a center of attraction for citizens and visitors of Ufa. This is evidenced by numerous photographs posted by Ufa residents in social media and positive reviews.

Here everyone will find something for themselves - some will like a jogging track, some will enjoy views of sunset and sunrise, others will find locations for photoshoots, places for bike rides, and Nordic walking.

Here, lovers already make dates and walk along the river, sit on swings.

Ufa residents are looking forward to cozy cafes, sunshades, places for musicians, and artists to open here. It is expected that more “accessible” environments, more recreation areas, and art objects, as well as restrooms and waste bins, will appear.

According to the metropolitan administration, the reconstruction of the embankment of the Belaya River began in 2014. Its updating includes three stages - a hydraulic structure, a road, and landscaping.

When all work is completed, and the facility is fully commissioned, the embankment of the Belaya River will become another ornament to Ufa and a favorite vacation spot for citizens and guests of Bashkiria.
