Coronavirus cases increased by 77 people in Bashkiria

According to operational data on June 1, in Bashkiria, there are 3337 patients with the coronavirus infection. During the day, their number increased by 77 people, according to the portal stopkoronavirus.ru.

The number of deaths from the coronavirus in the republic over the past day remained unchanged at 18 people.

According to the Minister of Health of Bashkiria Maxim Zabelin, the vast majority of cases in the region are people under 50 years old.

A third of COVID-19 infected people are in the age group of 50 to 60 years. 22 percent of patients are people over 60 years old.

As of 10 o’clock in the morning, 958 patients with the coronavirus are in hospitals in Bashkiria, 1223 people are being treated on an outpatient basis. The observation is about 600 people. 16 people were discharged per day with recovery.

In total, over the last day in the regions of Russia, 9,035 new cases of the coronavirus have been confirmed. 162 deaths were recorded. During the day, 3,994 people recovered in the country.

In Russia as a whole, there are 414,878 infected with the coronavirus, of which 175,877 people recovered. 4 855 people died.

To date, more than 10.9 million laboratory tests for the presence of COVID-19 have been conducted in the country. In the last 24 hours alone, about 280 thousand tests were carried out in the regions.

Almost 305 thousand people are under medical supervision with suspected coronavirus in Russia.
