Bashkiria ranked among best regions in terms of healthcare system

Bashkiria, along with the Moscow region and the Trans-Baikal Territory, has become the best region in terms of the healthcare system efficiency in the context of the new coronavirus infection spread. Data were provided by researchers at the Expert Institute for Social Research (EISI).

Bashkiria took second place after the Moscow Region in the section "Measures to ensure the effective functioning of the healthcare system." The silver award of the rating went to the republic due to the newly opened Infectious Center near Ufa.

Also, EISI experts created ratings of the regions for preventive measures and non-proliferation of coronavirus, for society unity, support for medical staff, support for enterprises and their workers, families, and children.

Earlier, the Bashinform News Agency reported that the opening of the new Infectious Center was visited by the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov and Russian Minister of Health Mikhail Murashko.
