Bashkiria reached plateau: 90 newly infected with coronavirus are detected per day

In Bashkiria, a total of 2,514 cases of the coronavirus infection have been identified since the beginning of the epidemic, according to data as of May 22. During the day, they increased by more than 90 people, according to the website stopkoronavirus.ru.

The number of patients in the region at present is 1,704 people, and 792 recovered; no new cases of death from the coronavirus have been reported (18 people for the entire period).

Over the last day in Russia, 8,894 patients with the new coronavirus infection were detected in 84 regions.

A total of 326,448 cases were detected in 85 regions cumulatively. Also, 150 deaths were recorded per day. Over the entire period in Russia, 3,249 people died from coronavirus.

Over the last day in Russia, 7,144 people were discharged from hospitals to recover from coronavirus infection. In total, the number of recovered patients in the country increased to 99,825 people.
