Bashkiria will transport its residents from United States by flight via Moscow

Residents of Bashkiria, stuck in America due to the pandemic, will be able to return to Ufa on a direct flight through Moscow. The Federal Air Transport Agency has planned a special evacuation flight New York - Moscow (Sheremetyevo) - Ufa, for the Russians on May 23.

“Over the past two months, five flights have been made from the United States to the Russian Federation, including from New York and Los Angeles. About 1,200 fellow citizens returned home. However, the passengers of the export flights were mainly residents of Moscow and the central regions of the country, as well as St. Petersburg. Besides, minors, old people, people who were in the USA for treatment, and those who needed emergency medical care were registered on evacuation planes in the first place”, the statement said.

For the first time, a flight from America will land in the region - at the Ufa airport. The flight was organized by the efforts of the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Communications of the Russian Federation, and the authorities of Bashkiria.

The plane will land at Sheremetyevo Airport on May 24 at 11:45 Moscow time. Then, for passengers traveling to Bashkiria and neighboring regions, a special Airbus-320 will be prepared, which will fly from Moscow and land at the Mustai Karim Airport in Ufa. Registration is already available on the Gosuslugi portal, which indicates that only residents of Moscow, Moscow, Vladimir, Ivanovo, Kaluga, Ryazan, Smolensk, Tver, Tula, Yaroslavl, Bryansk, Oryol, Lipetsk, Tambov, Voronezh, Kursk, Pskov, Novgorod, Vologda, Kostroma, Nizhny Novgorod, Penza regions, Republic of Mordovia, Republic of Bashkortostan, Orenburg region, Chelyabinsk region, Sverdlovsk region, Perm region, Udmurt Republic, Tatarstan Republic, and the Samara region will be allowed to fly.

Earlier it was reported that in the capital of Bashkiria on May 23, he also planned an export flight from Goa.
