36 people with Covid-19 are in serious condition in Bashkiria

In Bashkiria, 36 people with the Covid-19 diagnosis are in serious condition. The number of people discharged from hospitals reached 714 (+45 per day), which is one-third of patients with the confirmed coronavirus infection for the entire time, Minister Maxim Zabelin said at a briefing at the Ministry of Health RB.

As of May 19, 2,247 cases of Covid-19 were recorded (+92 new patients). 652 people undergo inpatient treatment. Of these, 166 are in satisfactory condition, 450 people are in satisfactory condition, 36 are severe, including 10 people connected to lung ventilation devices.

864 people with a mild form of the disease are on outpatient treatment.

28 people were hospitalized per day with community-acquired pneumonia, 13 were discharged.

No new cases of deaths from the new coronavirus infection have been reported (17 for the entire period).
