46 people with coronavirus are in serious condition in Bashkiria - Ministry of Health

In Bashkiria, the number of severe patients with the new coronavirus has significantly increased. According to the Ministry of Health RB, as of 2 pm on May 12, 46 people were in serious condition, 11 of them connected to lung ventilators. The day before, there were 27 such patients, 17 on lung ventilators. 697 people are on outpatient treatment with a mild form of the disease, 468 are treated in hospitals.

Over the past day, 80 new cases were recorded, 30 patients were discharged.

In total, there are 1647 confirmed cases of the coronavirus in the republic.

Over the past day, a patient born in 1953 from the Belebeyevsky district who suffered from bronchial asthma died from COVID-19. She was not connected to a lung ventilator.

Community-acquired pneumonia: 28 residents of the republic were hospitalized per day, six were discharged from hospitals.
