16 patients with COVID-19 are connected to lung ventilators in Bashkiria

Today, 313 people are in hospitals in Bashkiria with a confirmed diagnosis of the new coronavirus infection. Another 171 patients are treated at home, as their disease is mild and almost asymptomatic.

According to the Republican Ministry of Health, 28 residents of the region infected with COVID-19 are in serious condition today, 16 of them are connected to lung ventilators.

Earlier it was reported that the list of deaths from the new coronavirus includes 14 residents of Bashkiria, 72 have recovered. The diagnosis of the new infection was confirmed on April 27 in 570 people. The increase per day was 43 patients. Also, over the last day in the region, 17 people were hospitalized with a diagnosis of community-acquired pneumonia.
