In Bashkiria, 18 patients with coronavirus are connected to mechanical lung ventilators. According to the regional Ministry of Health, today, 246 people with confirmed COVID-19 are being treated in hospitals of the republic. In 28 of them, the condition is assessed as severe, 18 of them are connected to lung ventilators. 86 people with a mild form of the disease are undergoing outpatient treatment.

Earlier it was reported that on April 24, 455 confirmed cases of the coronavirus infection were registered in Bashkiria. Over the past day, 33 were infected. There have been no new deaths of patients with COVID-19 over the past 24 hours.

Total, 57 recovered people were discharged from hospitals from the beginning of the epidemic, 14 patients with the confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 died.
