Bashkiria takes 50th place in Russia in number of coronavirus patients per 10 thousand population

According to the number of patients with the coronavirus per 10 thousand of the population, Bashkiria takes 50th place among 85 subjects of Russia, data from «Novye Izvestia» and the stopkoronovirus.rf website.

As of April 15, 24,490 cases of COVID-19 were reported in the country. Most cases are in Moscow (14 776) and the Moscow region (2 587). Next, St. Petersburg - 929 patients, the Komi Republic - 422, and the Nizhny Novgorod region - 339 hit the five regions with the largest number of cases.

In Bashkortostan to date, the diagnosis of the "new coronavirus infection" has been confirmed in 149 people, which is 0.37 per 10 thousand of the population.
