127 thousand patients with suspected COVID-19 are under medical supervision in Russia

According to Rospotrebnadzor data, by April 16, 126 thousand 950 people remain under the supervision of medical professionals in the Russian regions.

To date, more than 1.61 million laboratory studies have been conducted in Russia for the presence of the new coronavirus. Over the past 24 hours, a total of 95.4 thousand tests for coronavirus have been performed throughout the country.

As the Bashinform News Agency reported, about 9 thousand tests for coronavirus are currently under study in the laboratories of Bashkiria. The delay arose due to the heavy load in connection with the epidemiological situation.

As of April 15, 24,490 cases of the disease were confirmed in the country, 1986 people recovered, 198 died.

By April 15, there were 149 patients with the coronavirus infection in Bashkiria. During the day their number increased by more than 20 people.

Of the 149 cases in the republic, nine people were discharged to recover, five died.
