Ufa residents have become actively interested in online fitness
April 6 is International Sports Day. This year, the UN devotes it to the benefits of sports and overall physical activity for health, recalls the TurStat portal. According to the results of a study of online fitness offers in search engines, Ufa was in 6th place among quarantined cities that reoriented to home sports.
The top ten cities in Russia, which residents do sports at home, included Moscow, Sochi, Yekaterinburg, Krasnodar, Kazan, Ufa, Nizhny Novgorod, Chelyabinsk, Voronezh, and Omsk.
