36 foreigners are monitored for coronavirus in Bashkiria
In Bashkiria, 36 foreigners are under medical supervision for a new coronavirus infection. According to the deputy head of the Rospotrebnadzor department in the republic, Alexander Zherebtsov, all these citizens arrived in the region from the beginning of February. These are 24 citizens of the People's Republic of China, eight Italians, two from Germany, one each from Poland, and the USA.
"Today, 19 foreigners underwent an observation with a double laboratory test," said Alexander Zherebtsov. "Two left, the rest remain under medical supervision in the Baymak district, Oktyabrsky and Ufa."
The representative of the regional Rospotrebnadzor said if "everything will be fine", then this week, they will be discharged from quarantine.
The Head of Bashkiria Radiy Khabirov previously noted that the government of the republic from this day would hold meetings twice a week. One on Mondays, the second on Thursdays. The latter will be dedicated exclusively to COVID-2019.
