Three new centers to study tests for COVID-2019 will be opened in Bashkiria

From March 23, three more centers will start working in Bashkiria to study tests for a new coronavirus infection. These laboratories will help the "Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology RB" Maxim Zabelin, Minister of Health of the Republic, said at a daily briefing.

“Biological materials of healthy people will be sent there, which are subject to examination and are screened by the decision of the attending physician,” said the head of the regional Health Ministry. “In the near future, seven laboratories will be deployed.”

Note that as of 7 pm on March 22, 54 patients with suspected COVID-2019 remain under medical supervision in the hospitals of the republic, including four children. No one has a confirmed diagnosis. In Russia at the moment, according to Rospotrebnadzor, 438 cases of infection with Chinese coronavirus have been detected. 16 people recovered. No fatal cases have been reported.
