Bashkiria tourists stuck in India because of coronavirus

Tourists from Bashkiria stuck in an Indian city because of a coronavirus. According to the State Committee for Tourism RB, a 38-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman have not been able to leave the country for ten days, where according to official figures, 179 people are carriers of COVID-2019.

“So far, no solution has been found. But we have just received this request. Tomorrow we will work it out with the Committee on Foreign Economic Relations, consider options of transporting them from there”, Oleg Gilev, Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Transport and Road Management, explained.

Note that since March 13, tourist visas were suspended by India until April 15.

Earlier it was reported that the State Committee for Tourism of Bashkiria on March 19 opened a hotline for tourists on the refund of tourist trips and problems with traveling abroad.
